I am REALLY excited to be participating in the Thirst Relief Mentor Auction this year. Thirst Relief is a non profit that has set out to “overcome death and disease resulting from the consumption of contaminated water by providing safe, clean drinking water to those in need around the world.” These people have thought of a brilliant way to bring awareness AND provide a way for us to HELP (and give back) with our careers, passions, and skills. The Mentor Auction will start on the 14th and go through the 17th. You will be able to bid on a 90 minute session with a mentor of your choice/field and the highest bidder wins the session. HEY HEY HEY HEY from tour YO!!! We are currently out on the road and stopped in Santa Barbara for the weekend. WOOP WOOP!!! We are enjoying the sunshine, great food, and relaxation. It’s a nice break from the bus life. haha. Anyway check out this AWESOME promo video the PASS Premier Tour that I am on. This amazing video was created by Nathanael Matanick of Heschle. YOU GUYS!!!! WE ARE OFFICIALLY ON THE ROAD on the PASS PREMIER TOUR!!!! We are having an amazing time so far and have lots more coming in the weeks ahead. For now we’re trying to adjust to life on a bus, a really nice one might I add, but, with 9 people… It’s like life in an above ground submarine.
I am also REALLY excited to be officially releasing the Creative Branding E-Course that I have been working on. It’s my way of sharing some of my design/client process with the masses. It also includes a section on ‘tips/tricks’ for Showiteers…which is the web platform that all of my Sitehouse Designs are built in. It is currently only available EXCLUSIVELY for Pass Premier Tour peeps when we arrive in your city and we’ll do a full public launch on it later this Summer, post-tour.
It’s been another little labor of love and I’m hoping that it will be a helpful resource for businesses/creative people who are trying to get to the essence of their brand and identity. Last week we had a Creative Collective meet up in Phx. If you have no idea what this is then check out the post about it HERE. I was interviewed as well as Carlos Whitaker by Jarrett Stevens. We talked about workflow, staying inspired, the pros and cons of working for yourself, and collaboration vs. Isolation. It turned out to be an amazing time. It was really cool to connect with other artists and creatives around the valley. I think we can get cooped up inside by ourselves sometimes and connect with others. I know i can get like that.
It was cool to hear about TONS of creative endeavors. A few of us might even grab a studio working space together. I SO need that. I am becoming a hermit. YIKES!! I wanted to take a minute to post about a tour i got invited to speak on this summer. And we will most likely be coming your direction. Showit is a web software company that I work a lot with. And they are not only a software company… they are a really amazing community of people that i am so lucky to be a part of. They have a brand new product called Pass for photographers that they are launching on the tour and it should be an AMAZING time. I am speaking about branding, David Jay is debuting the new product, the Grays are talking about their amazing business as wedding photographers. Will be an epic night. oh.. and REALLY fun!!

ITS HERE!! The new 31Bits line “Haven”. Trever Hoehne did an amazing job on the photos! The shoot was so much fun and I LOOOVE all the pieces. I love that Summer Watkins put me in clothes that i would never pick out on my own. She’s talent. Stop over to Trever’s blog to see his post on this shoot.
