Well said! You mention this is point #2, but having a focus is so important! A lot of times we have a tendency to get idea crazy the more we think about our business. Every day we have another great way to be even more awesome. BUT we need to stay focused on the core elements of the brand, instead. Trying to do too many things will spread us too thin, and then none of our work will be as awesome as it could be.
