The McRaes are so dear to all of our hearts. Brian and I LOVE being around this family. They seriously have the COOLEST and funniest kids i have ever met. This shoot was a few days before Kate was about to go into the hospital for another round of treatment. She sure is a little trouper. The day of the shoot she was dancing, smiling, laughing, etc. And it was seriously a day to remember. Even though Kate has a lot to be bummed out about and a lot of things holding her back physically, Kate continues to push forward at a high energy rate. She is a happy 6 year old girl who loves her family, loves being rowdy, tackling, and horsing around. I am amazed by the energy and passion that God has given this young girl. She has so much personality and sass that it keeps us all laughing.
I deeply love this family and they are on my heart all the time. If you are new to my blog and haven’t been following Kate’s story you can visit her website www.prayforkate.com and find out a little bit about what is going on. If you would like to read other blog posts I have written and see the other photographs I have taken of the McRaes, you can go HERE and HERE.
Please keep praying for the McRae family and for Kate’s healing. Kate has her MRI on March 24th. Please be in prayer for these results. And then sometime that weekend they will be leaving for Houston. Kate will have appointments starting on the March 29th with the staff from MD Anderson in preparation for possible proton beam radiation.

I write this to remind us all not to forget about Kate and the McRae family. They desperately need our prayers. Kate desperately needs the miraculous healing that God can bring to her body. I want to ask you to take these pictures from my blog and do something with them.
Here’s what I’m going to ask you to do:
Please help rally another movement of prayer for Kate and the McRae Family. Would you consider taking one of these photos and sending out a twitter, facebook status, or even a blog post to remind people to pray for kate?!? Please do NOT link my blog in this post, BUT Please DO link to Prayforkate.com, so people that dont know her story can find out.
I am confident that this kind of viral blitz is an amazing way to use your online network, however big or small, as a tool to connect people for something worthy. I think people want to be invited in to pray for a girl like Kate and a family like the McRae’s. Thanks in advance for loving the McRae’s whether you know them personally or not. It means the world to them in this really tough season. Okay, it’s your turn to make this thing happen. Let’s light up the Social Network platforms moving people to pray, yet again, for Kate McRae!!
You can follow Holly’s blog (kate’s mom) for daily updates about their family and kate.
