2010 was an amazing year, and one of my FAVORITE things about it was designing stylegroups for ShowIt and launching SITEHOUSE! Seriously, I’m even more excited about ShowIt than ever before. My business has changed for the better, and I hope that our customers feel the exact same way with their customized SITEHOUSE stylegroups.
One of the things I LOOOVE about Sitehouse is getting to see people really customize their own Sites. When “publish” is clicked… some of the designs look COMPLETELY different from the design they purchased, and I LOVE that. I love having a tool that people can use to HELP THEM make their own website. That is what i originally created it for.
So I want to say a BIG huge thank you in two ways:
1. Showcase and feature some RAD examples of how people have taken our designer SITEHOUSE stylegroups to a whole new and better level just by adding their own photos, branding and personality. It was really hard to choose but the sites displayed in this blog post are some of my favorites because of the way they have customized them. CONGRATS to all of you… and I hope your website brings you great opportunities in 2011.
2. Give away a stylegroup to a lucky reader to kick off their 2011 business year!! WOOHOOO!!!

Lonnie is located in Seattle, the beautiful state of green and RAIN!! haha. August is my favorite month in Washington and I hope to get there this coming August to see family and friends. Lonnie really rocked this shoot with confidence and lots of laughs and jokes. PLUS!! This shoot was on his Birthday!!! Happy birthday Lonnie! He currently has a full time corporate job and is launching into the creative world of photography, video, and art. I am loving the stuff he is currently working on, and he has a suburb sense of fashion. With a really big heart and a passion for people, the world, and creativity, I cannot wait to see how he’ll be used in Seattle or wherever his career takes him. I will definitely be hanging out with him and his UBER cool sisters next time i am in Seattle. Almost all of these photos were edited with Formulaoneactions.com. Check them out and view a couple of these photos there.
Check out Lonnie’s website, blog, and twitter.

I am really excited to show you the branding that I have been working on for the lovely Ashley bugg Photography. How CUTE is her name first off?!?! Tell me that won’t stand out among the sea of other photographers. haha. She is a lover of all things vintage, modern, fresh, antique, crafty, creative, love, and family. Her husband is her second shooter and they are an amazing life capturing team. With three cute young kids their life is crazy with a full time photography business.
Ashley has become a great friend in the last year. We share a little esty shop together and she took those awesome photos of my dinosaur necklaces. haha SO FUN!
So, her vintage inspired branding package contains a logo, letterhead, business cards, thank you card, and a gift tag thingy for all her crafty photo products. I hope you enjoy!! Here is her website, definitely check it out. The new branding hasn’t transfered over yet… but I am sure you will be captivated by her photography.

ALRIGHT LET ME EXPLAIN ALL OF THIS. I just got done designing our wedding invitations. They are a little different than the normal wedding invitations. Of course right? haaha. O well.
CAN WE GET A SPELL CHECKER IN THE HOUSE?? can anyone help?? i am horrible at spelling and grammar and i am getting worse. So help out here if that is your strength. i would greatly appreciate it.
The invitation is going to be a long cardstock invitation front and back. The image on the front will show in the front of the envelope. That is why the front is so plain. CLEAR ENVELOPE BAGS CAN BE MAILED. woohoo. So the front will have twine, feathers, a stamp, and an address of course. When you turn the clear envelope over you will see a collection of the other printed pieces showing though. FUN.
Does that make sense? Below I displayed an example of what the clear bag will look like with items in it. Except it will be larger. The items shown are not the real thing.. I just took our save the date and other materials to show as an example. What do you think?? Any changes? I love your feedback.. as always.

package idea. this is not the real thing
