In July, I was honored to be interviewed by Evie, and featured on her blog. I am a little shy about posting interviews of ME, so that is why this is so delayed. But i decided maybe i shouldn’t be so shy?!? haha. I love Evie’s blog. Her products are artistic, clean, modern sweet, and professional.

Here are some of the questions that she asked me:
-How did you get into art and design?
-What are some other passions you have besides art and design?
-Tell us something random or quirky about yourself.
Stop over to her blog to see my answers. AAAANNNNDDD let me know here if you learned anything new or silly.

great interview! that’s pretty cool that you were homeschooled. I have been my whole life and am wondering what your experience was like if you don’t mind sharing =)

Well…yesterday was my first visit to your blog and I’m in love with it! I actually posted you on my blog today as something I love…I hope that’s okay! So everything in the interview is new to me but I just had to say that I love your stuff and I actually took Graphic Design myself when I went to college but never really felt like I could do it or do a good job with it but you make me want to re-visit that idea even more! Keep posting!

Loved the interview and learning about how your career began. It’s SO inspiring and encouraging, esp now when God’s calling me to start my own business. You’re blog is a new little addiction of mine. You have a way of drawing us all in. Love it! I too must confess I have that N’Sync album too. hehe. Blessings!

I’ve only been following your blog for a few weeks so a lot of it was new but I was really hit hard by you not liking to cook. I’m not going to say I’m a great cook or that I know it all but there’s just something about providing food for people, even if it’s just my husby and me.
I think it has to do with someone comparing Heaven to fellowshipping over a meal. It’s so beautiful that the body of Christ is found in community. So when I get to cook for our lifegroup or something I just think of it as something so much bigger and more meaningful to love my friends by serving them food. BTW, I took a spiritual gifts test once and my number one was hospitality. So that’s really making sense to me after putting into words why I like cooking so much : )

aww sarah you are AWESOME!!! yea i am not sure why i dont enjoy it very much. I love the way you love it. it is very inspiring to me. I think maybe i am so tired of creating when it comes time for dinner.. and my husband is a really GOOOOOD cook… so i think it is a little intimidating for me in the kitchen. haha. Someday it will be different.

it is the truest sign of good homeschooling when the homeschoolee is not known to have been homeschooled. you’re not nerdy and weird. from one homeschoolee to another – good for you
